Shipping Policy
Currently, we ship within Australia and to New Zealand, and we use Express Australia Post to ship all orders. Email rosaleen@rosaleen.com.au for postage costs if you live outside of these regions.

Shipping within Australia
Postage fees are determined by the size and weight of your desired product. Most products will fit in a medium parcel box which is $19. Postage is calculated when you reach the check out phase. Express post has an estimated delivery of 1-3 business days.
Shipping to New Zealand
Postage fees are determined by the size and weight of your desired product. Most products will fit in a medium parcel box which is $40. Postage is calculated when you reach the check out phase. Express post has an estimated delivery of 4-8 business days.

Return & Exchange Policy
We encourage considered consumption. If you are unhappy with your order, Rosaleen will offer a refund or exchange within 5 business days from the date your order was received. You can email rosaleen@rosaleen.com.au to arrange this. Please advise if you wish to return or exchange your item and why. Once the garment is received the refund will be processed or work on your exchange will commence.

Returns

Returns will not be accepted for custom made garments. Custom made garments are those that are made to your individual measurements. Returns are not offered as we engage in fittings and your input is considered in the making process. It is made specifically for you and is difficult to resell.

Refunds will include the cost of the product less shipping, costs for incoming postage will not be covered by Rosaleen

Products must be received in the exact state that they left the studio. Returns will not be accepted if they have been worn, altered or washed.
​Exchanges

Exchanges are welcomed. Pre order items are likely to take 2-3 weeks to produce due to the 'made to order' framework of Rosaleen. An accurate gauge of production time can be given to you at the time of your exchange.
